Every prayer of every believer receives an answer from God. God answers with either a “yes” or a “no.” Of course, we may be waiting on God to answer, in which case God invites us to be persistently persevering in prayer. That doesn’t annoy or irritate God, in fact, He loves us to be so passionate in coming to Him…and we understand that His “wait” always has a purpose and His timing is always perfect. However…there is one prayer that won’t get answered: the one we neglect to pray.

Psalm 116:1-2

1 I love the LORD, because He hears My voice and my supplications. 2 Because He has inclined His ear to me, Therefore I shall call upon Him as long as I live.

1 Chronicles 16:11

Seek the LORD and His strength; Seek His face continually.

Psalm 40:1

I waited patiently for the LORD; And He inclined to me and heard my cry.

James 4:2

You do not have because you do not ask.
