Last Wednesday we talked about sincerely giving abundant thanks to Almighty God on Thanksgiving Day. Then we ended with a challenge: Since God sustains the giving, shouldn’t we sustain the giving of thanks to Him? So…how are you doing with that? Thanksgiving to God, from our hearts and our mouths, really should be sustained. Every day is a day of thanksgiving. Oh…how our Father’s heart would be blessed to hear our gratitude expressed every day throughout the day!

Psalm 107:1

Oh give thanks to the LORD, for He is good, For His lovingkindness is everlasting.

Philippians 4;6

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Colossians 3:17

Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.

1 Thessalonians 5:18

In everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

“Gratitude is an offering precious in the sight of God, and it is one that the poorest of us can make and be not poorer but richer for having made it.” ~ A.W. Tozer

The Lord bless you and keep you…
