So…it’s Monday!  How’s you’re week going so far? For some people, Monday’s not their favorite day of the week. Songs have been written with less than happy thoughts about Mondays, like “rainy days and Mondays always get me down” and “Monday, Monday, can’t trust that day.” If we’re having a struggle with “Monday Discouragement” (or discouragement on any day, at any time) then let’s turn our hearts to our powerful God in His powerful Word and let Him lift our spirits!

Psalm 42:5 (NLT)

Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise Him again— my Savior and my God!

1 Chronicles 28:20 (NLT)
