Many people say that they are Christians, but, as we all know, talk can be cheap.  You’ve heard it before, but it bears repeating for Jesus’ sake: If you’re gonna talk the talk, you need to walk the walk of a life of obedience to Jesus.

Psalm 119:1-2

1 How blessed are those whose way is blameless, Who walk in the law of the LORD. 2 How blessed are those who observe His testimonies, Who seek Him with all their heart.

1 John 2:3-6

3 By this we know that we have come to know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4 The one who says, “I have come to know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him; 5 but whoever keeps His word, in him the love of God has truly been perfected. By this we know that we are in Him: 6 the one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked.
