Technology is amazing.  You plug the coordinates for your destination into the GPS (Global Positioning System) on your phone or in your car.  It begins to tell you which way to go.  You comply.  Then something distracts you and you go in a direction contrary to “the voice.”  It bluntly tells you that you made a wrong turn and begins to re-route you to go in the right direction.  Compare that to the direction that you’re going in life.  Are you going your own way, or are you seeking God’s Positioning System and walking in His direction?  God’s GPS is found in His Word.  Listen to Him and follow His instructions.

Psalm 1:1-2

1 Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers.   2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on His law he meditates day and night.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NLT)

16 All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. 17 God uses it to prepare and equip His people to do every good work.
