Some of us might be getting some snow this weekend…perhaps a significant amount.  We’ll just have to wait and see.  To many, the sight of freshly fallen snow…way more than just a dusting…glistening in the bright sunlight, is a dazzling spectacle.  To God, who creates the snow, it becomes a visible illustration of us, being cleansed from our sins…purified from all unrighteousness.  Only Jesus can give us that kind of cleansing…leaving us “whiter than snow!”  Receive Him and that cleansing can be yours!

Psalm 51:6,7

O God… 6 Surely you desire truth in the inner parts; you teach me wisdom in the inmost place. 7 Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.

Isaiah 1:18
