The “stay at home” orders…the “social distancing”…the masks…all the CDC precautions…all of them are motivated by one thing…limiting the spread of a CONTAGIOUS disease.

So…a question…one of a spiritual nature for believers in Jesus: Are you contagious…spiritually speaking?  Christianity was, and is, designed by Jesus, the Christ, to be spread by His contagious followers, whom He called to be His “witnesses” to the remotest parts of the earth (Acts 1:8).  Marty McCauley writes, “I am a Christian, a servant of Jesus Christ, because I was exposed to people who were infected with the presence of Jesus Christ in their lives. I caught it from someone else. It altered my spiritual DNA. It changed my worldview. It affected the way I thought of other people and of myself. My realization that I was accountable to God was awakened. If you are in a relationship with Jesus Christ it is because you were exposed to a person with contagious faith. You have been infected.”

So, again…I ask you: Are you contagious?

Acts 1:8

[Jesus said to His disciples…] but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.”

“The world today, more than ever, is waiting to be convinced that Christianity works. That conviction will come, not so much through oratory or argumentation, as through living examples of the Power of Jesus Christ in the lives of men and women of today.”  ~ Unknown
