With every day that passes, one thing is for sure…you’re one day closer to heaven and home.  However, another thing is also for sure…you’ve got one less day to do the Lord’s work here.  Both are very important to you if you belong to Jesus…so…keep an eye on the prize of the upward call and keep your hand to the plow, diligent in the pursuits of the Master until He takes you home!  Finish strong!

Philippians 3:13-14

13 Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

2 Corinthians 8:7

7 But just as you abound in everything, in faith and utterance and knowledge and in all diligence and in the love we inspired in you, see that you abound in this gracious work also.

2 Timothy 4:7-8

7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; 8 in the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing.
