Christian friend: You don’t belong to you. You are the possession of the Lord Jesus Christ who “bought” you…paid the greatest price for you…His life for yours. When we take the fullness of that truth into consideration, it should radically change our thinking and our behavior as to how we live our lives and for Whom we live our lives.

Romans 12:1-2

1 Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

19 Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.
