“Who is in control here?”  That’s a question that God may be asking of us more often than we think. It’s a question that Christians should probably be asking of themselves more often than they do…like maybe at the start of each new day…and throughout the day.  We need to constantly be aware of our attitude. We need to let the One whom we call “Lord” remind us often that He must be in control because we no longer live only for ourselves.

So…who is in control here…in control of you?

2 Corinthians 5:14-15

14 For the love of Christ controls us, having concluded this, that one died for all, therefore all died; 15 and He died for all, so that they who live might no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose again on their behalf.

Galatians 2:20

I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.

unhindered.” ~ F. B. Meyer
