No matter what may come to our minds when they are skewed by trials and tribulations, our God is good…and God is always doing what is good…what is best…for us. All you have to do is consider this: At Christmas…He sent His Son, Who stepped down from heaven…became one of us, yet sinless, so that thirty-some years later, on Good Friday, He could willingly be nailed to a cross, to shed His precious blood, and die to pay for OUR sins…all for OUR good…and His glory! God is so good!

Psalm 27:13-14

13 I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. 14 Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.

Psalm 31:19

How great is Your goodness, which You have stored up for those who fear You, which You have wrought for those who take refuge in You,

before the sons of men!

Romans 8:28

And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
