Are you a worrier? Our Lord commands that we not worry about anything (Matthew 6:25-34). However, obeying that command is easier said than done…but it is doable. Therefore, we must set our resolve to stop worrying and prayerfully seek His help, carefully, and consistently, following the prescription He puts forth in Paul’s letter to the Philippians…

Philippians 4:6-7

6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Isaiah 50:10 (NIV)

Who among you fears the Lord and obeys the word of His Servant?

Let the one who walks in the dark, who has no light, trust in the name of the Lord and rely on their God.

“These six words form the foundation of God’s therapeutic process for all worrywarts. WORRY ABOUT NOTHING, PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING!” ~ Chuck Swindoll

The Lord bless you and keep you…
