Stop for a moment and think about those words that you see in the Scripture below…the words, “…in God alone.”  There is only One Person whom we need to provide all that we need: God alone. Only God. Everything rests on Him…depends on Him…everything. We need look to no one else for He is our all in all.

Psalm 62:5-8

5 Find rest, O my soul, in God alone; my hope comes from Him. 6 He alone is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress, I will not be shaken. 7 My salvation and my honor depend on God; He is my mighty rock, my refuge.  8 Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge. Selah

Philippians 4:19-20

19 And my God will supply ALL your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. 20 Now to our God and Father be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
