Many Christians come to the later years of their lives with a very common regret. They wish they would have spent more time alone with God…more time in His Word, letting Him speak to them, and more time in prayer, speaking or singing back to Him, praising Him for the great God that He is and the wonderful things He’s done. I don’t think I’ve ever heard any believer say that they regret spending too much time with God. I encourage you…spend more time with God. Spend much time with God. It’s an investment you won’t regret.

1 Chronicles 16:8-11

8 Oh give thanks to the LORD, call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples. 9 Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; Speak of all His wonders. 10 Glory in His holy name; Let the heart of those who seek the LORD be glad. 11 Seek the LORD and His strength; Seek His face continually.

Colossians 3:16

Let the Word of Christ richly dwell within you.

“It is impossible for a believer, no matter what his experience, to keep right with God if he will not take the trouble to spend time with God. Spend plenty of time with Him; let other things go, but don’t neglect Him.” ~ Oswald Sanders

The Lord bless you and keep you…
