‘Tis the time of year when thoughts turn to resolutions.  People ponder so many different things…from the silly to the serious. What resolutions have you been considering? The great preacher of a by-gone era, Jonathan Edwards, had two that are worthy of our consideration: “Resolution One: I will live for God. Resolution Two: If no one else does, I still will.”

2 Corinthians 5:14-15

14 For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. 15 And He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for Him who died for them and was raised again.
