The Son of God took on human flesh at conception within the womb of the virgin named, Mary.  Nine months later, He was born into our world as the only, unique, God/Man.  That was an amazing, incomprehensible miracle…for God to truly take on human flesh, yet without sin (Hebrews 4:15).  Was God just trying to impress us?  Absolutely not!  God was doing, what only He could do, to SAVE US!

2 Corinthians 5:21

He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Because God’s children are human beings—made of flesh and blood—the Son also became flesh and blood. For only as a human being could He die, and only by dying could He break the power of the devil, who had the power of death.
