True forgiveness is the essence of true Christianity!  When we look at God, in light of His Word, we clearly see that His passion, from eternity, is to forgive…a passion that led Him to pay the price for our sin, Himself, through the sacrifice of His own Son, Jesus, on the cross.  And then, by faith alone, in Jesus alone, God passionately forgives us…the unforgivable…completely, and without hesitation. And now, we, who have so gladly received His forgiveness, must also, so passionately, grant it to others…completely and without hesitation.

Colossians 3:12-13

12 So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; 13 bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you.
