Are you finding yourself struggling with a bad attitude? Cultivating, what some call, “An Attitude of Gratitude” would definitely improve our lives extensively.  Honestly, we could all use some “Thank You Therapy,” right?  Right!  So…right now…why not make a list of what you’re thankful for, and then say, “Thank You” to the One Who should hear those words…our God. Think it through. Be thorough. Maybe start with thanking Him for being…well…Him.

Psalm 100:3-5

3 Know that the LORD Himself is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. 4 Enter His gates with thanksgiving And His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name. 5 For the LORD is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting And His faithfulness to all generations.

Ephesians 5:18-20

Be filled with the Spirit, 19 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord; 20 always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the Father.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

16 Rejoice always; 17 pray without ceasing; 18 in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

“We would worry less if we praised more. Thanksgiving is the enemy of discontent and dissatisfaction.” ~ Harry Ironside
