Believers in Jesus are learning so many profitable life-lessons in these days…things that we will, hopefully, remember and continue to practice no matter what our circumstances…things that we find in our “Instruction Manual”…the Word of God. One of those things is to, faithfully and consistently, pray for our human leadership in all areas of our lives (1 Timothy 2:2), and then to trust and follow their direction because they are established by God (Romans 13:1).  Admittedly, that’s not always easy to do.  They’re not perfect…but God is…and we must learn to willingly trust HIM, even as He uses very imperfect humans in our lives. How? Keep your hope placed squarely and completely on Him…not them.

Psalm 130:5

I wait for the LORD, my soul waits, and in His Word I put my hope.

“What then are we to do about our problems? We must learn to live with them until such time as God delivers us from them…we must pray for grace to endure them without murmuring. Problems patiently endured will work for our spiritual perfecting. They harm us only when we resist them or endure them unwillingly.” ~ A.W. Tozer

Blessings…as you HOPE in Him,
