The people that you’re around these days…they are fewer in number than normal…but they are the ones that God has put in front of you, around you, and with you…people who see you as you move about in those essential services and people with whom you live.  What are they seeing when they see you?  What are they hearing when they hear you speak?  If you belong to Jesus, then shouldn’t they being seeing and hearing a reflection of your God, in you?  It could make a huge difference in a person’s life, eh?

Daniel 6:19-21 & 25-26…after a night with the lions…

19 Then the king arose at dawn, at the break of day, and went in haste to the lions’ den. 20 When he had come near the den to Daniel, he cried out with a troubled voice. The king spoke and said to Daniel, “Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you constantly serve, been able to deliver you from the lions?” 21 Daniel answered, “O king, live forever! 22 My God sent His angel, and He shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because I was found innocent in His sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, O king.”

25 Then King Darius wrote to all the peoples, nations and men of every language throughout the land: “May you prosper greatly!    26 I issue a decree that in every part of my kingdom people must fear and reverence the God of Daniel.”

“Remember, you may be the only glimpse of God some people get. God-related things such as evangelical Christians, religion, or the Bible might turn off some people, but if they like you, who knows, they just might give God a second thought. Imagine someone coming to faith in Christ because they wanted to find out more about the God of ______ (Your name here).”
