In the Bible, Jesus Christ is referred to as “King of kings and Lord of lords.” Those are words that magnify Him as the greatest of all kings and lords. Jesus could have also been called “Teacher of teachers” for no teacher was, or is, greater than He. He is truly a Master Teacher of the Scriptures and we are truly blessed to “sit at His feet” and take in His magnificent teaching in the pages of the New Testament Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. And then, Isaiah tells us that in the future Millennial Kingdom, multitudes will once again come to Jerusalem to hear Him personally teach. Oh, what teaching times those will be!

Matthew 7:28-29

28 When Jesus had finished these words [the Sermon on the Mount], the crowds were amazed at His teaching; 29 for He was teaching them as one having authority, and not as their scribes.

Isaiah 2:2-3

2 Now it will come about that In the last days The mountain of the house of the LORD will be established as the chief of the mountains, And will be raised above the hills; And all the nations will stream to it.

3 And many peoples will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; That He may teach us concerning His ways and that we may walk in His paths.” For the law will go forth from Zion and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
