Another American election has taken place.  The votes have been cast…and, in them, God has spoken.  This nation of people, under God, must move forward…and, by His grace, we will…eventually.  But, God has spoken in a far, far more significant and definitive way.  God has spoken in the pages of His Word.  He has said all that He has to say…signed it…sealed it…and it was delivered, in it’s completed and canonized form, some one thousand, seven hundred and twenty years ago.  The Bible is the very, inspired and infallible Word of God…the only Book He ever wrote.  And if, like many of our nation’s founders did…if we will look to Him and to His Word to guide us, we will continue to experience His blessings, moving forward.  May we pray that that is exactly what we will do…for the Lord has spoken.
